Refund Policy

We hope you love our products! If you don't for any reason, please let us know within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us at wiselittleears@gmail.com to arrange a return. In your email, please let us know why you are not satisfied. We are a small business and depend on happy, satisfied customers. We give a hoot and want to make it right!

If your return meets the criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
